The term "Blanc de Blancs" refers to a sparkling wine made entirely from white grapes, in this case Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc from our own Finger Lakes vineyards. This wine underwent its secondary fermentation in this bottle, and was aged for a minimum of three years before release. With its delicate scent, creamy mouthfeel and wonderful balance, Chateau Frank Blanc de Blancs is especially successful served as an aperitif.
