This distinctive varietal wine was made from a grape developed by Cornell University at the NYS Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva, NY. The spicy aromas are reminiscent of Gewurztraminer, which was one of the parent varieties of Traminette. The spiciness makes this dry wine a great match for many oriental dishes.
