This Cabernet Franc Dry Rosé was harvested from the Tuller Vineyard and the Morris Vineyard. After a 24 hour cold soak on the skins, the juice was pressed and cold fermented. They believe the Finger Lakes to be North America's premier location for producing crisp, fruity, and refreshing dry rosé. Watermelon and caramelized sugar notes waft sweetly from the nose. While delicate in body, the palate suggests fleshy red-plum and cherry flavors. A streak of acidity leads a brisk clean finish.
