Ernesto Picollo is a small producer with roughly 13 acres planted entirely to the Cortese grape. This wine is full of citrus, chalky dry minerality and a Granny Smith apple crunch, it's one of the most refreshing white wines made in Italy. Enjoy with fish or white meats or as an aperitif.
