Nose: Cinnamon-dusted banana, maple syrup, a whiff of bonfire smoke. Palate: Peaches in syrup and fresh raspberries, earthy peat and a touch of tobacco. Finish: Rum-soaked raisins and prunes. Ginger root, clove and marmalade.
