2017 Wagner Vineyards, Dry Rosé of Cabernet Franc, Seneca Lake $12.99

This truly dry rosé is comprised 100% of Cabernet Franc. The grapes were night-harvested and cold soaked on the skins for 12 hours prior to pressing. The juice was then cool fermented in stainless steel. The resulting rosé is fully dry, weighty, fresh, fruity, and fragrant with a lovely pale hue of pink.

2016 St. Huberts, “The Stag” Chardonnay, North Coast $16.99
The palate is fresh, elegant and balanced. Flavors of grapefruit, Asian pear, lime and subtle graham cracker spice emerge with a long, lingering finish. With generous layers of vibrant citrus and white floral notes, this medium bodied Chardonnay offers a plush texture and balanced acidity with a long, flavorful finish.

2017 Sortesele, Pinot Grigio, Valdadige Santi $11.99
With a pale straw color and delicate green tints, the wine has full and complex aromas of pears, exotic fruits and wild flowers. On the palate, the wine has generous, soft but lively fruit with firm flavors, good acidity and a long finish. The wine has fine structure, captivating to the nose and very satisfying on the palate.

2015 Damiani Wine Cellars, Semi-Dry Riesling, Seneca Lake $14.99
Possessing a remarkably lush and dense nose, this Semi-Dry Riesling presents notes of bright wildflower honey accompanied by hints of lavender. The tropical, yet flinty, nature of this wine demonstrates the terroir of the Finger Lakes and the unique flavor profiles of our aromatic whites.

This wine is smooth and supple, attractively fruity and well-balanced, making it easy to sip and savor. It shows black-cherry and red-cherry aromas followed by tasty cherry and berry flavors that are lightly accented by baking spices.

2016 Smoking Loon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile $8.99
The Smoking Loon Cabernet Sauvignon has vibrant acidity and offers aromas of blackberry, dried cherry, toasted cedar and a hint of walnut. On the palate, flavors of black raspberry, red currant and a touch of roasted hazelnut balance with notes of vanilla and coconut from the American oak aging.

2016 Beringer Bros., Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon, California $12.99
This wine is bursting with aromas of ripe black cherry, dark chocolate, and vanilla. The palate is lush with ripe tannins and integrated acidity, showcasing toasted hazelnuts, toffee, and blackberry preserves on the finish. The grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. 20% of the wine is aged for 60 days in second-pass charred American Oak barrels.
