From their “Dynamite” vineyard, so named because dynamite was used to dig the original trellis posts into the “soil” over serious shale stone. Rose and lavender aromas show off at first, with flavors of lychee and pepper, and a clean, mineral finish. Recommended with Asian foods, Indian, or grilled vegetables.
