Triphammer Wines and Spirits is happy to provide free delivery anywhere in Tompkins County for orders of $50 or more. Delivery outside of Tompkins County is also available for a fee. Please be prepared to show government issued proof of age upon delivery. It will be left to the discretion of the delivery person whether the proof of age is valid, and the delivery person reserves the right to deny delivery on condition of a full refund. The option for free local delivery will appear under the "Shipping/Delivery Method" checkout page. Please be sure to include the delivery address and any other relevant information. If it is determined that the delivery address is outside of our approved delivery area, you will be contacted by an associate via email or phone to resolve the matter. We will do our best to accommodate any specific delivery date requested, though we can not always guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Shipping Policy Disclaimer

Triphammer Wines and Spirits can only ship wine outside of New York State. Triphammer Wines and Spirits does not ship spirits outside of New York State. At this time,Triphammer Wines & Spirits does not ship to the states of Massachusetts or New Hampshire under any circumstance.

The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her. We do apologize for the inconvenience if your state laws prevent us from servicing your area.

Online Order Policy

Please be advised that we do not process online orders after 4:55pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4:55pm on Fridays will not be processed until Monday morning at 9:00am. For in-store customer pick-up or local delivery orders, please feel free to call the store directly for Friday evening or weekend pick-up or delivery. We do not guarantee same day delivery or pick up for online orders.
