The wine is comprised of the jus de presse of seven varieties, as follows: 34% Pinot Gris, 23% Gewurztraminer, 20% Riesling, 14% Pinot Blanc, 2.4% Pinot Noir, and 1.6% Chasselas; the balance made up of the free-run juice of the entire harvest, which is collected at the sorting table. On the palate, the wine is creamy and generous, with rich, layered flavors, all buttressed by crisp acidity.
