Part of the Giffard 'Premium' range of liqueurs this liqueur is based on grape neutral alcohol, flavoured with extracts of Madagascan vanilla and sweetened with cane sugar. Vanilla Planifolia varietal is used for its sweet notes with more complex and aromatic Vanilla Tahitensis. Appearance: Clear, golden amber with burnished copper highlights. Aroma: Delicate 'real' vanilla nose and crème patisserie with faint balsa wood and eucalyptus. Taste: Sweet, syrupy mild vanilla essence with notes of milky fudge, caramel and spice. Aftertaste: Very delicately spiced vanilla, caramel, toasted hazelnuts and almonds, and black tea.
