Delivery Area and Hours
We offer local delivery from our store at Triphammer Marketplace, 2255 N. Triphammer Rd., Ithaca, NY 14850 to addresses within our local delivery zone. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability — if delivery is offered to your address, available delivery windows and any fees will be shown before you pay. Delivery is available during store hours; orders placed late in the day may be delivered the next delivery day.
Minimums and Fees
Any order minimum and delivery fee are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
ID Required at the Door — 21+
New York law requires us to verify age on every alcohol delivery. The recipient must be 21 or older and present valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. Our driver cannot complete a delivery if:
Alcohol cannot be left unattended — no doorstep drop-offs, no exceptions.
Failed Deliveries
If we cannot complete your delivery for any of the reasons above, we will attempt to contact you. The order will be returned to the store, where it can be picked up (with valid ID) or refunded less the original delivery fee. A redelivery may be arranged for an additional fee.
Accuracy of Delivery Information
Please double-check your address, phone number, and delivery instructions at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information, and repeated failed attempts due to incorrect information are treated as failed deliveries.
Third-Party Delivery Platforms
Orders placed through third-party platforms (e.g., DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats, Grubhub) are governed by that platform's terms, fees, and delivery policies in addition to the age-verification requirements described here.
